SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to get your fresh dose of MAGASENSE to you as quickly as possible! Once we receive your order, the jellybeans are carefully hand-packed within 24-48 hours and then shipped out via the most optimal service for your delivery location for a flat rate of $8.75. You can typically expect your order to arrive within 4-7 business days after processing. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. We generally ship ground via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, so please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays. (Remember, orders over $38.00 ship FREE!) Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We want you to enjoy your sweet treat! We gladly accept returns for products that arrive damaged or are defective. If your order arrives in anything less than perfect condition, please get in touch with our Customer Service at GETMAGASENSE@GMAIL.COM within 7 to 10 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.

 

We understand that gifts are special, so we’re happy to help. Once we receive and approve your claim, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. We will also provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of the damaged product.

At GET MAGASENSE, we are committed to providing you with quality MAGASENSE 45/47 Blend Flavored Jelly Beans. Your satisfaction with a product free from damage is our priority.


RETRUNS FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS ONLY:


We only accept returns and offer refunds or replacements for products that arrive damaged or are defective.

REPORTING DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:
 

If your order arrives damaged or appears defective, please contact our Customer Service team at [Your Customer Service Email Address] within [e.g., 7 days or 14 days] of delivery. To help us process your claim efficiently, please include:


- Your order number.
- A clear description of the damage or defect.
- Photographs of the damaged product and its packaging.

RESOLUTION FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:
 

Upon review and verification of the damage or defect, we will, at our discretion, either:
- Send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
- Issue a full refund to your original method of payment.


You may not be required to return the damaged or defective product. If a return is necessary, we will provide you with specific instructions and a pre-paid shipping label.


EXCLUSIONS:

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products due to taste preferences, dissatisfaction with the satirical nature or political parody content, or if the product has been opened or consumed. All sales are final except for verified instances of damaged or defective goods as described above.
